edelbrock air gap divider and FITech

r
The Fast isnt exactly in my top ten, neither is a torquer....but to digress, I'd say probably 70 percent of fitech units in the field are on dual planes.....a fitech or sniper simply "doesn't care". We send these out the door installed on engines all day. And I can tell you, none of them have single plane intakes, and none of them have any issues in the field. I fully acknowledge the thought process of an open spacer to equalize the sides, but I have yet to see it really matter.
----------I don`t have a lot of time on my engine yet, but I have no problems w/ the fast 2.0, so far. the torquer is the best for hood clearance I can do. The aircleaner is about 3/8" from the bottom of my 6 pack scoop. the four corners runners of the torquer are the low flowing ones, especially the rear, equalize them and its not as terrible as you think. will out flow an rpm , which is taller. I just don`t have room for it or anything else, unless I go to a smaller air cleaner. I think 505 cubes need a good flowing filter.---just another combination, and opinion. the 2.0 has 8 injectors in it, I don`t like the dual plane just for that reason to start with.
