That is probably the same trim for 64-65 Signet.
My 65 Signet I parted out did not have nor did it ever have that trim

The side trim and hood latch trim on that red car suggests it is a 65 200 series. Am not familiar enough with 64s to know if the trim was the same, other than I do know the latch trim on a 64 is not actually latch trim but just a bezels that says either Valiant (Canadian/Australian) or Plymouth (US)
Not on any on ny 65 Signets or 65 Barracudas May be just CV200
