is it wiper harness to the right engine harness middle forward light harness left this is a 69 dart thanks
 
The mating connectors have a slot/notch so you can't put them on the wrong one, they will only go on the one they are intended for...

Front end lighting harness is the one closest to the center of the car...

The middle one is for the engine harness...

The outboard one toward the driver's side of the car is the wiper harness...

About the outboard connector... It's often referred to as "wiper" connector just because in the early models there were no other circuits routed through it. As they added hood or fender mounted turn signals, relocated the reverse lamp switch, other changes, they moved wire positions around and/or routed other circuits through previously unused ports of that outboard connector. Bottom line.. Use the correct factory wiring diagrams for your year model and car.
 
Agreed, some of the pin functions changed over time. 1965 and earlier cars do not have the "wiper" connector since the wiper motor is inside the cabin. Insure the ALT and BAT connectors are primo or you will have overheating and melt-down since they carry large currents. Many here bypass that run into the dash ammeter (MAD Bypass), or run straight-thru thick wires (factory "fleet bypass" for police and taxis). Not needed for 1963 or 65 cars, which did that standard.
