Not sure what the point is here. That engine didn't care what was hung on it. One showed a slight improvement below peak, yippeee.
I can point out a bunch of racers that have put an X on a car and it picked up even dragging muffler weight with it, Myron being one of them.
Taking one test as some type of gospel regarding whether an item works or not is absolute folly! Only way to know on a particular car is to test, test and test some more. There is NO definitive answer whether only one of those choices of exhaust systems is right for every car. No can do.
