Chinese co just bid on FCA

Honesty, I don't really care any more. Chrysler/Fiat hasn't had one car for sale for about 40 years that I'd even consider buying. As for Dodge trucks, I feel a little differently... I had a '97 Dakota midsize pickup. That was nice, and I was going to get another one a few years ago. Of course they abandoned that market too and all they make are the extra-huge ones now.

I always say don't believe everything you read.I also believe the brand would take a real hit if they did sell, and the Chinese would be wise to think about that. I believe there would be very unexpected consequences.

And even worse when our own blue bluded American corprate leaders and politicians are selling out the entire country to the highest bidder for their own personal gain. For there to be a buyer, their must be a seller.

There, I fixed it for you.

I agree but look at when Fiat bought it,,, pulled out of racing support right away after the previous winning year ,,racing is proven to sell cars, at least in the old days, maybe it's the best burnout now. Hence the Hellcat

I still like my Demon best! I have a FULL 72.5 Horse per Wheel! HAHA

Not surprising given that China is now the leading Auto consumer. Besides, the image of the big 3 being "American" companies is a myth. They have all been global ventures as far back as the early 20th century.

They also NS-1'ed many Mopar Performance parts that could help us build our cars...
