I have sent several of them to Classic Air in Florida. They have done a fantastic job of opening the drier and welding it closed so it's hardly seen. The last one I sent to them a few months ago, the cost was $115 plus return shipping. If they don't ship to Europe, then have it shipped to me and I'll ship it to you. When they are returned, they are capped. After the rest of the system is installed, only then the caps are removed and the drier installed. This keeps atmosphere contamination to a minimum!
