well I guess o ly the final 50/50 was live but I scrolled back and saw thw car winners , any of our gang get to draw a key ? That totally sucks they are dropping the giveaway car and handing out a check .Those cars have for the most part been awesome cars that you couldn't find and build for what that cheque is going to be and it sure as shyte isn't anything like staeting a car to win it.
 
Had a nice cruise home and met up with this gentleman and we cruised to Kitchener together. Also got to see some old friends. See you next year.

Had a great time again this year. Nice meeting familiar faces and meeting new ones. I agree with you Chris about the giveaway car. It was a perfect fit for the car show and the cars were always nice looking.
LOTS of cars this year. It was packed and hot too.
Car ran perfect there and back withouta hiccup. Constant 210* temp on the gauge tho.
Thanks Doug for spotting my vac adv hose disconnected...Lol I should learn to stop fn around with stuff.

What a great extended weekend! As planned, I flew out to Ottawa last Wednesday and hit the road Friday morning driving my friend's '64 Valiant convertible. We were in a mini-convoy which included another Valiant convertible (1965) as well as a '78 Little Red and a new Challenger. We all stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cambridge which was pretty convenient for getting to/from New Hamburg.

Monday morning, three of us took the long circle route home up along the coast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay with an overnight in Parry Sound, then back to Ottawa in torrential rains on Tuesday. Eastern Ontario had tornado warnings all over the province on Tuesday, pretty scary! Nice to return home yesterday to the arid desert that is Victoria BC this summer. :D
