eclipse pictures
ok looks like its early enough to have ok wifi.
we drove 12 hours to persimmon creek campground in murphy nc. what a nice little campground.. clean, well run and awesome staff. well worth the trip.
we really lucked out weather wise.. its be perfect. during the eclipse there was not a cloud in the sky..
the eclipse was cool as hell.. the lighting was so strange and hard to explain.. at one point just before totality it was kinda grey looking.. the temps dropped what felt like 15 degrees. really cool and something you need to experience.. next one in the united states will be in 2024. the track will be from texas to maine...
anyway here are some pics... last minute i made a filter for my camera out of a pair of free eclipse glasses and some electrical tape.. worked better then expected..lol..
