Rare Fender Tag,,,or Not???
I met a guy at a car show who said he was thinking of buying a 69 Barracuda that he was told was rare by an appraiser. Being a Chevy guy he was looking for information on what the car was. When we got to the fender tag he said it had special handling. I thought Formula S. He said it was on a tag. Here's the pics he sent me. I think he said it is a convertible, I haven't decoded the other tag yet. Has anyone seen or heard of this designation "special handling".
