Rare Fender Tag,,,or Not???

I’ve taken a crack at decoding the fender tag for you. The fender tags are read from left to right, bottom to top. (No guarantees it is 100% correct however!!)

29: 2 door sports hardtop (A convertible would have a “27” code here)
F: 318 cid engine

H: High trim grade
6: Vinyl Bucket seats
F: White vinyl seats, green carpet, instrument panel, steering wheel and headlining
F8: dark green upper door frame
908: Sept 8, 1969 scheduled production date

A01: Light Package (ash receiver, glove box, headlights-on warning, ignition switch light with time delay, hood mounted turn signals, trunk )
B51: Power Brakes

G33: Left hand remote mirror

H51: Air conditioning
L31: Hood mounted turn signal indicators

When I enhanced the code plate photo, it definitely is a H6F interior code (not H6V)
As some others noted, the "Special Handling" tag was on some executive or show cars and also some cop cars. Can't be sure if this tag is original to the car or not just based on a photo.
