Ok, so I had trouble following this, so here's what I saw. I think the cable comes up in between the motor and the firewall somewhere and I can't see it for the life of me.
In the first one it looks like the bracket on the inside, circled is where the cable should be attaching.
In the second one, this looks like a junction of the 2 sections of the cable, the left takes off up toward the front
In the third, it's the top down look of the second one
In the fourth, I believe this is the pump connection
If I'm not seeing this correctly, please let me know, as I said I'm comfortable with just about all other areas, trannys have always been a mystery though and I've never worked on them. And of course, the NSS is missing the wire, no idea where that is or is supposed to return, so I guess I better hope I'm not in gear when I go to start the car.
