I paid $5055 for my 68 318 2bbl 904 and 2.76 7 1/4. 127k miles. No air, power disk brakes up front and power steering. It had a little rust in right rocker panel and right rear quarter/valance area.

$10k-$12k is a reasonable price.
I am probably about $10k-$12k into mine now, and it still looks like ***, but a cam, intake, 4bbl, Doug's Headers, 302 heads, radiator, LED Headlights and Crackedback headlight wiring harness, new 727, TC and Dana 60 makes up for a lot.
