$35 Electric Power Steering with Fail-Safe - No eBay module and no caster issues!!!

Great information--thank you to waid and all the posters for this information. Does anyone know if the Yaris non ABS controller will work with a pulse generated speed signal? Will this ecu talk to Corolla column motors that have the later torque sensors? Thanks for any help.
