It's a good thing a right side remote control mirror is not as important as the chrome and mirror! To my knowledge the only RH remote mirrors were offered was in Australia, New Zealand, RSA, etc where they drove on the left side of the road. Some time ago SlantSixDan had a few RH remote mirrors for sale and they sold out very quick.
