I'm selling a 1966 wagon. I live in the So Cal area. Anyone interested please look in the main forums on selling Mopars.
This car was a daily driver but needs LOTS of work. Total project or parts car.
Thanks
Gary

I have a 66 wagon which I used as a daily driver for over 7 years. The rear end was mickey moused by previous owner and is going out and needs to be replaced. The wagon was actually built in Mexico. It needs a lot of work or might be better as a parts car. Slant 6 rebuilt about 4 years ago. 3 speed column shift is worn out. Right front fender trashed. Most panels have some form of rust. All glass (except windshield) are in good shape. Interior not too bad except no radio. I live in Seal Beach, Southern California. I'm asking $3,000. but will take the best offer.

I believe it is a 7 1/2 inch. Is that the right term. Anyway as I said the car was built in Mexico and it has some weird bearing sizes that are hard to get. I had it rebuilt once and the diff gears were fine but the bearings were shot and my mech had a hard time finding the right size. I also noticed that it looks like the axel was cut to fit the car. Bad welding on both sides of the wheel shafts by the diff housing. It's junk! I love driving the car but with me getting older, spending money and my wife bitching at me it's time to sell.

That should be a 7 1/4 but those are a dime a dozen (or free). GLW your Sale!!

Got pics of what's going on at the RF fender?
Does the tailgate still work properly?
Is the front bumper pushed back on the Drivers side ?

Ok I got your response in post #6, I'm working on another deal, that looks to be blossoming so good luck, but I don't think I'll be back.

I can take a better picture of the fender if your really interested in buying.. It was ripped away from the frame when a faulty ball joint let go and the tire rolled up in the car. I had the front suspension redone but did not replace the fender. The bottom 8 inches of the fender is gone and the fender frame support is bent badly. Tailgate still works and window rolls up and down and locks. The tailgate does have rust on the inside.

Neither bumper is perfectly straight but I think the angle of the picture makes it look worst that it really is.

Hello everyone. Need to sell this car. Make an offer!! Or can someone let me know of a junk yard in So Cal that might pay more than $100.00....

I would like to get $2,000.00 for the wagon but will entertain other offers.
It was a daily driver but the rear axle is shot and I don't have the energy to work on it anymore. She needs a full restoration or might be better as a parts car. Along with the rear axle, the steering linkage is shot, it has rust bubbles in most panels. The right front fender is damaged and needs to be replaced and the hood is damaged. Windshield is scratched badly but the other glass is in good shape. Ignition system has a short. I live in Seal Beach, CA.
