Nope not yet - supposed to get up to 32 today - wish it was 32C and not F. Too cold for me to continue to do anything on the car. Got members interested in body panels and just can’t do anything due to the cold. All you want to know if it’s a Sure Grip or not?

LOL, yeah, I hear that! I have to put a new tank with all new pump/sender/seals in My Turbo SE Caravelle outside............wasn't feelin' it today! & yes, that is it, but as
I've found out You've got to eyeball them sometimes to be sure. I picked up an 8.25 SG & 3.55's from a '90's Dak that didn't pass the spin-test, but was called out on the
option tag on the hood. It was, so......................hoping for at least one more milder weekend!!

Do the slant with the 4-speed, and I agree with Dan - the OD is a great way to go. Going to the 273 is so common. An honest 215HP out of a slant is nothing to sneeze at. And besides, it's easy to make it look like a sleeper. When you spank some punk in his rice rocket you can pop the hood and let them know they just got beat by 50-year old technology.

Any stock Honda would wipe out the 215hp slow revving slant, reality.
I actually like an a old slow slant for around town cruising. They make tractor power, and mpg.
In the op's case, throw the v8 in.
