Is this correct rocker configuration 273

Not sure if it is the picture but some of the oiling holes on the top of the rocker arms looked plugged. Hopefully my eyes are deceiving me.

plugged is good if they drilled the hole underneath the rocker arm so it pushes the oil out onto the tip of the valve instead of it having the hole on the top dribbling down.
