Is this correct rocker configuration 273

Agreed if the rockers were modified accordingly and ideally the shafts had an extra oiling hole for pressurized oil to squirt onto the valve stem.
I interpreted the opening statement of adding 273 rockers to a 340 to mean they were stock 273 rockers. If these are indeed stock rocker arms it would be beneficial to ensure the rocker and shaft oiling holes are clear of debris.


I understood the opening statement to ask if the rocker arms were assembled correctly on the motor. They are sitting on the motor but we can't see underneath them to tell if the pushrods are the right ones. And after looking at the rocker arms we see that it is a Miss Matched set of adjustment screws. Somebody has put a set of adjustment screws with nuts on some of the Rockers. Incorrectly I might add. Read the thread on reworking the 273 rocker arms you will pick up a lot of info there.
