Yea I was very disappointed. Had to modify my hinges to get it even close. It’s pretty thin, so every time I go to open it, it bows in the middle and rubs and it gets stuck on the cowl. Thought I fixed it, it was sitting in the sun the other day and it was pretty hot. Hood became even more flexible and wouldn’t open again.

Yep mine does the same .I have to pull up inside the scoop to get it over the cowl. My solution is to use a hood bumper and a nutsert right above the wiper motor.
