Procharged '67 Dart
After 5 1/2 years, this car is in the final stages of what I had originally planned for it, so I thought I'd share with you guys. A lot of blood, sweat and tears of not only my own, but my good friend (Who I couldn't have done all of this without) went into this car.
Anyway, The Great Pumpkin is a Procharged 496" raised deck with a set of really well ported (by my buddy) RPM heads, CSU blow through carb, M1 intake, Bullet custom grind solid roller, T&D rockers, custom Diamond blower pistons, K-1 crank, Scat H-beams and Milodon single line external oiling system, with their road race pan. We converted the front end to an Alterktion and put Wilwood disc brakes on the front and rear. I had John Cope put together a 727 Super Pro Trans Brake transmission for it, with a Mark Williams Accu-Bond 7075 driveshaft. The rear is a narrowed D60 with a Detroit Locker and Mark Williams Pro Street axles. CalTrac's with a monoleaf setup for rear suspension. I called Rich Bogart and had them build a set of custom one off wheels for the car, the rears are a single bead lock style. That's about the gist of it! We have a little electrical cleanup and tuning to do, but that's about it for a while. I thought you guys might like to see something a little different and a car that I'm really proud of, thanks for looking!
