This unit doesnt change the lock to lock ratio, it only provides electric power assist instead of using hydraulic power assist. This setup will not give you a quicker ratio with a mopar power steering box slaved in with it, only a faster 16.1 ratio manual mopar box will give you a faster ratio with it.
What it gives you is the ability to use the smaller manual steering box and still have power steering with it, and eliminate a power robbing hydraulic engine driven pump , hoses, and belt.
