I have run 14 and 14 w slicks on 12" wheels, air pressure is critical. Not saying a wider rim wouldn`t be better tho !
I tried a pair of m/h n50 tires on their min. width rim , advertised by Jegs , once.
On the 10'' rim with 14 pounds of air in them the edges of the tires still didn`t touch the ground. I called Jegs and told them, they sent me a return to shipper deal and gave me my $ back . Many yrs. ago.
