Are 1969-70 Charger and 1970-71 dart twin hood scoops the same?

I am looking to buy a pair of scoops for my 70 Dart and keep finding the charger ones for sale.
Are they the same units?
I think Super Bee scoops are short but trying to find spec's on the Charger scoops.

Any help would be great
