Holley's science vs Edelbrock simplicity?

I'd love to see a thread on this little system?

Here's a link to the car's webpage, there's a pic on there showing innocent looking small body solenoids threaded directly into the nitrous plate. I also dropped the air cleaner base to the point that the solenoids are not visible with the air cleaner in place, so I usually just pull the top of the air cleaner when showing someone the car actually does run a little Carter/Edelbrock. Most usually don't even notice the partially un-zipped gym bag behind the pass seat with the valve sticking out.

I've had a few nitrous backfires, one that torched the edges of the Eddy's throttle plates and melted the skirts off the boosters. Drove it home 85mi with the idle screw backed all the way out and a 2500 idle speed.

I've also got a crossbar set up as two systems, but it doesn't fly under the radar very well.
