CERTICARD & two holders $25 shipped

I have a nice used dealer certicard and two holders. one holder has all the white embossed print still on the envelope. It is missing one mount stud. The second holder has all of the mounting studs but the white print was removed when we cleaned it. The metal card looks pretty nice. See pics!
