As far as kits go, the only one I saw that is a good value is from PATC. I built my own kit very similar to is but I used adjustable pressure switches. If I remember I paid a bunch more than the PATC kit and I have a crappier vacuum switch. I see they sell adjustable pressure switches as well.

That is exactly the site I looked at when I was doing mine, but they didn't have the adjustable switches when I did mine.
The adjustable switches cost quite a bit. (I think it was around 70 each when I did mine.)

PLUS I asked them a question and they never answered.
Not someone I was comfortable dealing with if they won't even respond to a possible customer.
