Mounted the Holley 7.5” on the overhead rollbar. I had some 3” rubber insulated hose straps. I just drilled a new hole in the back of them to make a stud and connected it to the back with the factory hardware.
I can’t get a wrench back there so they are just finger tight but, the rubber is in the way so the nuts cant back off. And I must have a good amount of pressure on the because the mout is nice and stiff.
