MILTON 60639 IGNITION TESTER.....MANUAL OR ADVICE NEEDED

I found this tester in a lot that I bought. Unfortunately, there wasn't a manual or hook-up instructions. Does anyone know how to hook up and operate it. A manual would be awesome!
