Does it have a date of manufacture on any of the packaging?
Bolt holes are probably a little larger to help fit differences in deck heights, so no grinding will usually be required.
Negative. Not that I could find. I'd be curious to know. There are double sets of stamped numbers on the manifold itself though. Which I thought was strange. Almost like they stopped a run and then started the sequence over.
