If you accurately measured 045 in the hole with the stock pistons and you added 025 to the compression height of the new pistons you should measure 020 in the hole with the new pistons and you should see a compression bump. The key here is accurate measuring. The balance is a non issue because any time you change the bob weight you should balance the rotating assembly.
