Gotcha. That makes sense.
So I'm going to have to rotate the engine to set the lash (273 adj rockers) via the cam instructions. Am I correct in thinking as long as I leave the dist in, after all the valves are adjusted, I can rotate the engine back to TDC (using the balancer mark) and as long as the dist is pointing to #1 (same position it's in now) I'm back to #1 ready to fire?
