Just out of curiosity couldn't you just have the hubs and rotors drilled to 5x4.5 and put new studs in, seems simpler, ( I did not read all 11 pages so pardon if it was already addressed)
I as well did not read all 11 pages. but I do have a set of stock discs that have been massaged to be 4.5" bolt pattern. My first look through the shop has produced zero results. A clean will be necessary, but Ill keep looking if this is pertinent to the conversation.
