Horn was stuck on (fixed).

I had an issue with my horn where the horn was always on. I had to unplug the horn in order for it to stop. I was thinking the horn button was shorted to ground keeping it on. Pushing the horn button we could hear the relay activating? Anyways we traced the horn hot wire to the bulkhead and unplugged the bulkhead connector. Come to find out the black wire (alternator feed) was corroded . Looking at the connector inside the car revealed an overheated alternator feed wire that melted to the hot horn feed wire which is right beside it. So the fix was to separate and fix the horn wire and run a new alternator wire to the ammeter bypass that was already done.

I also had an intermittent no power problem earlier on that turned out to be a bad fusible link at the bulkhead . So if you're having electrical problems and even before you do check the bulkhead connectors.
