So after finishing night shift, I thought I would start drilling and mocking up trim. Noticed on the pass side near the top that it isnt perfectly straight, theres a 1/8-3/16" gap when the trim piece sits flush at bottom corner and flush halfway up. I haven't drilled for that clip yet. Undecided how to minimize the "issue" there, so I drilled for middle and bottom on pass side. I still need to get the trim removal tool(absentminded).
I found another bag of unknown new clips, that are taller than any others I have. In my mind this may be a benefit for use on the lower edge as it would be sturdier.
Ideas/suggestions with these? See last 2 pics.
