‘65 Barracuda Coat Hook Brackets

I have a ‘65 that has an intact headliner, but is missing the coat hooks. I found some pics online of the coat hook bracket behind the headliner, but it doesn’t seem like the coat hook screw would be able to screw into the bracket the way this picture looks

Does the screw just screw into the bracket center or is there a piece missing from these brackets?

Anyone have pics of an intact bracket if the ones I posted are missing parts?
