BP if you are right eye dominant, and your left eye is trying to wrestle control from your right, you might try during presentation of the pistol fudging a bit off centerline of your body, it May help you. Bring the pistol up just a touch on your strong side. The red dot is a great tool for self defense as you can focus on the target not your pistol. You might try doing some dry fire in your shop or garage or someplace. From about seven yards to target just focus on the target and practice presenting the pistol from a draw until red dot naturally lands on the target for you. I typically start the students out from high compressed ready for that exercise until their confidence grows and the dot appears consistently for them. Then migrate to including the draw. Working backwards to the draw if you will. It takes some serious practice and you have to get past the inevitable frustration that we all suffer thru being older and raised on iron sights. I got so frustrated I almost gave up, but in the end I just cannot see well enough to run iron sights anymore.


You seem pretty involved in this. Do you recommend carry insurance and if so what do you recommend and what’s it cost a year.
