well the full wheel covers are in , i've done a steel rim for my customers 70 more door dart and he wants his full rim covers from the 14 inch rims , problem was he started the car then bought it to me with a dana 60 and he had them build it in that 4 '' bc . so i made some 15x8's for the rear using his 14 '' rim centers and adding a ring from the 14's to my new build 15x8's so he could have his full granny wheel covers , not quite what has been done on this charger , but it is different .
