That's not too many unless you plan on flipping it again. For someone just looking for a cheap truck to run around in, and get a few parts, it should be just fine. I know Ram had valve train problems with the early hemi's, but that should have been resolved by 2010.
Best thing to do, is look up the recalls regarding that truck.
