5.7 HEMI VVT in Ram 1500
I have 395,000 miles on this.....
So I recently bought this:
100,000 miles on the truck it came from, it was hit hard in the *** end.
I pulled the heads to have them checked out and rebuilt. The cylinders had less than 1/2 a thousandth of taper so I'm leaving the bottom end alone.
My truck still runs great once it is warmed up. I have a lot of confidence in these trucks. Good luck to you.
