Educate me on 5.9 Magnum Roller Rockers

I've been researching this as well. I like the looks of the Hughes the best but man are they expensive! $760. They are 1.65 ratio so I would need to make sure I have enough piston to valve clearance for that. My cam is currently .507/.513 so 1.65 would take that to .523/.530.

I've also looked at Harland Sharpe 1.60 ratio for around $430. Here is a here is a pic of the Hughes set

I know this is an old thread, but I was looking for info on some roller rockers when I came across this. I placed an order to Hughes Engines on 3/27/23, to the tune of about $2500. It included, among other parts, a cam, a tuner...and an Airgap intake kit and their premium rocker set. The intake took about 2 months for them to finally get in stock. Whenever I would call to ask about the rockers, they would say they were "waiting for parts from the supplier". Finally I got tired of waiting, and asked if they could at least send the ENTIRE REST OF THE ORDER, and just send the rockers when they got the parts. I received the order about 2 months ago. Dave Hughes finally called me 3 nights ago (10/26/23), only to tell me that the parts had cost more to have manufactured than he was advertising them for. I paid $760, they had my money for 7 MONTHS, and he gave me the option to pay the difference toward the NEW price - $1300 - or he would refund my money. No offer to cut me a break, or a deal on parts in a future order...not even an apology. Just pay the difference or get my money back. I'm probably gonna go with Harland Sharp rocker arms...they're less expensive, and probably as good or BETTER than the Hughes parts. On top of being a shady business to deal with, Dave Hughes is condescending and rude, and will never get another penny from me.
