It is a fact that TQ’s are not a race carb nor any Carter.
Trying to get one to perform better is an interesting idea. One may have. Many tried and have done.
Getting any carb to perform on a performance engine can be done. How well the do is another story.

Carter did in fact make a competition TQ and sold it as such. So you are wrong. Make a bad video on that.

Carter did in fact, make their other carbs as competition models because I happen to have one of those clunkers in the shop that’s going on an engine that will be on the dyno later this month.
