Does the passenger side front fender have an antenna hole and or a delete plug? If not someone has patched up the hole I think all the fenders came with the antenna hole in them unless maybe it was radio delete when ordered
In the dart FSM there is a template to make to cut the antenna hole so I'm guessing the on a radio delete car it would have gotten a fender with no hole.
