Did we do this one yet? Dead Tesla's piled up at the Supercharger?

All joking aside (which I've enjoyed, by the way!), what I find most interesting about this is the lack of response, or Customer Service, from Tesla. While it's true that these people may have made an error in judgement regarding their respective purchases, I can't help but wonder how this will further tarnish whatever reputation Tesla has so meticulously attempted to create, should they continue to remain silent.

(And I know, I know: "Who cares!!!")
