Stop in for a cup of coffee

Track was owned and operated by the same family for many years. It was sold a few years ago to an Australian fellow who had these grand designs on it's use, most of which were outside the county permits the track is allowed. He decided to sell it to a storage facility outfit. That can't happen. The track was built in mid 60s. Shortly after the feds started their protect the wetlands policy. A little creek/sand wash runs through the track property so the entire property was declared a federal wetland. Fed rules say nothing permanent can be built on the property that wasn't there before it was so declared. That shut down the storage facility plans. Now there is a long time racing family attempting to buy the place and operate it as it was built under the county permits in place.
