I have a '95 w/ a 4.9, no air pump, but it has a/c. I have wanted to do this too. My p/s leaks a little, and I'd rather just be rid of it. I think there's a link to a manual box in this link (LMC Truck). The one you found is cheaper, I think. One of my concerns was whether the p/s pitman arm would still fit.
