On a milodon remoter filter cover which connection is oil supply to the filter?

I believe the rear is the feed. I have a swinging pickup milodon single line. The pan hose goes to the rear and the oil filter is in front.
I would call milodon or move it over to the racers forum since more racers would use that in my opinion.
 
Figured it out. The top supplies filter the bottom is clean oil from filter to engine.
