67-69 Barracuda - Max front tire height?

What is the tallest front tire you can run WITHOUT cutting the bottom edge of the wheel lip.

I have 26in. M/T sportsman fronts on there now but would like to go to the 28"'s. It looks tight when you turn..... :(
