dual master

go to the junkyard and get the lines and dist block from any dual bowl drum brake car. if not, run the line for the front circuit bowl(next to firewall or booster) to the dist block on the side where the 2 smaller lines go to the front wheels. the line for the rear circuit bowl can go directly to the original rear line, although you may have to put a reducer/adater fitting since the old line may be 1/4" and not 3/16". if you need just fittings, you can get them new from a good parts store that had those drawers/cabinets full of fittings.
