318 to 360 swap screwed up big please help!!!

I just pulled the pan on the 318 and found the remnants of a grenaded piston. Looking up through the cylinder through the center of what's left of the piston with a flashlight I can see that there are a couple of gouges in the chamber area of the new 302 heads. I'll have to pull the heads to check for damage. What I can see doesn't look too bad, but they will probably need to be cleaned up by a machine shop at least. IT'S A SHAME TOO, THEY HAVE LIKE 10 MILES ON THEM.
Oh yeah, what about the mounts? Did anyone get a chance to check that link and see if those are really what I need?
