  • Your inbox is full? Just tell me where it's going. If it costs less than $10 to ship it's free to you. I'll post a picture of the amount of slack. My block was align honed and the timing set is a standard length set so it could be tighter on a stock block.
Hey, i have a used rollmaster with billet sprockets and rolon chain. It has 1/4-1/2 of play. I won't reuse it, too much money in the rest of the motor to risk it. If you can wait a day I can get it in the mail tues.

Nice, I don't think I'd use it on my 5th Ave 318 but I'm building another 318 for my Duster I could use it for. How much do you want for it? Feel free to send me a PM if you'd rather...
    What's happening, Khalid?...

Hey Tim I'm doing good sorry I didn't see your message earlier
I'll try here because it still says you PM/Conversation box is full! But I have a new, AAR scoop that I never used. I was hoping to sell it for $300 + shipping, but not sure if that would beat their price + shipping. I'd have to get your zip and weigh the scoop. I can send pics as well. Mine is conyoured for a Dart Sport.

On filters: I usually find, the big rig diesel companies, demand a better quality filter (fuel\air\oil)...Baldwin's really good, currently running a "bad Wix Napa", on the 360 Magnum. You might Google "_cut apart oil filters,& quality" .JMHO...

Cool thanks I'll check those out
    Hey,
I happened upon your thread about the wobbly windows. I have a 73 duster with the same problem and I was wondering if you ever figured out exactly what part you needed? I've been looking all over and theres some things that look like they may work but its very hard to tell. Thanks!
Thx for the info Tim. Not really after ETs anymore just better all-around performance. Drag racing is fun but the actual time spent on the track is nothing compared to road racing, or just having fun on the street.
Seen your response, on gears. 3.55's, all the way.. Seen three similar combination to yours, go high twleves /low 13's @ 101-105 trap speed ( Bakersfield elevation) "26-27 " radial.. These (like yours get good gas mileage) ,are a great combo. You want E.T., build a dedicated race car, Khalid. ( ask me how I know....)
Yeah dude of course you've given me some great advice. It would be great to meet in person some time I've tossed the idea around in my head of taking road trips to meet some of the members on here I've always wanted to visit more parts of the U.S. and it's always nice to know a person in the place you're travelling to
